Whether it be re-surfacing a head, grinding a flywheel, honing a block or machining the multi angle seats on many of today’s cylinder heads, YPW can fill the need.

	Valve Seat Machining Yamato utilizes the Newen EPOC for valve seat machining. It is a new concept developed around simple, yet powerful and efficient kinematics. Advanced electronics guaranty the control of all three independent axes. This new contouring system is rigid, precise and reliable in order to offer a positive solution to all valve seat machining problems. YPW also uses the Serdi 3.0 in many cylinder head applications. Crank / Cam Grinding Continueing our efforts to produce the most reliable remanufactured crankshaft in the industry, we utilizethe Berco 225A precision crankshaft grinder. Coupled with our expert craftsman, this state of the art unit incorporates rigid construction and precise controls allowing Yamato customers the most accurately ground crankshafts possible. Block Boring/Honing With the Sunnen CK21, Yamato is in complete control of all aspects of the honing cycle, including size control and bore geometry at any point in the cycle. Combining the NASCAR proven method of “Torque Plate Honing” with the state of the art CK21, Yamato customers are ensured to get both qualityand performance.
